EXPERIENCED CONVEYANCER

Liz Sciacca-Witt

Liz Sciacca

Licensee/Principal at Key2 Conveyancing

My career in property conveyancing started in 1989.

I was offered an opportunity to work as a legal secretary at Stacks/Forster. Then, I became the assistant of Bill Akhurst, who is a Property Law Specialist and a Senior Partner of the firm.

My nine-year experience with the firm provided me a solid foundation in conveyancing and property law.

I believe that constant self-improvement will lead you on the path of success.

My hunger for learning opened opportunities that helped me improve my skills.

I took The Conveyancing Law & Practice course through distance education at Macquarie University – which was required to obtain my license.

Later on, I received my Certificate IV in Workplace Training and became a licensed conveyancer and trainer at the East Coast Conveyancing.

On a personal level, Liz enjoys spending time with her family and has a passion for running. It’s during these runs, that Liz says she does her problem solving, brain storming and clearing of the mind.

Liz is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce Forster-Tuncurry and enjoys interacting with other local business owners.

Years of experience in all aspects of conveyancing gives Key2 Conveyancing the legal expertise and knowledge required to manage your property efficiently and smoothly from start to finish.

We follow your instructions, guide you through the process and keep you updated and informed every step of the way.
